1. How does your broadband internet work?

Our broadband internet connection is through a fixed wireless outdoor radio, called customer premise equipment (CPE), installed at a customer location and a cable is run to an indoor Wireless Access Point or router from where the customer connects using WiFi on their mobile phone, iPad, laptop, etc. Customers like business customers can also connect to their desktops or laptops through their office network cable. Our broadband connection is similar to having a cable tv dish (though our CPE is smaller) connected to your home or office.

2. How fast is your link?

Our link is very fast. The speed also depend on the plan the customer chooses and the number of concurrent users at that customer’s end. Each connection to a customer location is guaranteed a minimum of 1Mbps to 3Mbps for basic plan and there are plans that can give a customer up to 155Mbps.

3. What is your coverage?

We have coverage across Nigeria for business connection or homes that need fiber over the air connection (Home AirFiber).
